Guided Tasting

Summit Estate tasting experience includes a personally guided tasting of four wines, this will also include some of our premium wines, with a fee of $10 that is waived on purchase of a bottle of wine per guest. We encourage bookings for groups over 4 people.

Self Guided Tasting

The Sunset Session starts at 4pm in the Winter months with all guided tastings finished by 4pm. There is the opportunity for adventurers to partake in a self guided tasting with our flights of four wines, equivalent to 2 glasses of wine. Our classic flight $23 and our premium flight $28

Grazing Boxes

Relax and enjoy your wine around the Bonfire with our locally sourced Grazing Box with gourmet products $49, suitable for 4 as a pre dinner nibble or a meal for 2 people. Kick back and watch what the big sky sunset has to offer. If the weather is cool you can retire to our Cellar Door...cosy with our wood burning stoves. Friday and Saturday nights we close the Cellar Door at 7pm.
