Established in 1997, the estate has grown into a destination that’s as much about the experience as it is about the wine, with a strong focus on Mediterranean and European varietals that thrive in this unique part of Queensland. Summit Estate is also part of the Granite Belt’s Strange Bird Wine Trail, celebrating lesser-known varieties that make the region so distinctive.
